If you're planning on attending the IBNS 28th Annual Meeting, you need to book your room in advance! There are several options with different price groups.

In order to receive the IBNS group rate on your stay, you must book through the instructions below. This way, you will not only get the IBNS group discount on your stay, it will also ensure that IBNS receives credit for your stay at the hotel -- which is a necessary part of our contractual obligations to require the meeting space.

To assist those on a budget, we will offer a room-sharing option. If you have any questions about this policy or the accommodations, please contact the IBNS Central Office.

Pullman Cairns International - IBNS Official Conference Hotel

The Pullman Cairns International offers IBNS delegates a group rate of 249 AUD (Australian Dollars). Rates are valid for three (3) days pre and post-conference dates for delegates based on availability. Breakfast is not included in this rate; however, buffet breakfast at Coco's Restaurant is available at a discounted rate if booked at time of reservation.

All rooms enjoy brilliant views of the magnificent harbor or city lights, pool, and mountains. Guest rooms offer the option of King, Queen, or two double beds. All guest rooms include private balconies, Internet access, individually controlled air-conditioning, mini bar, in-room safe, and in-room movies. 

Hilton Cairns - additional rooms

The Hilton Cairns is offering a small block of rooms for IBNS delegates at a discounted price of 230 AUD for Standard Room, and 270 AUD for Deluxe Room. These rates are available between June 22 - 30, 2019. All bookings are subject to availability. Rates are exclusive of buffet breakfast. Daily full-buffet breakfast is available at an additional charge.

Pullman Reef Hotel and Casino - additional rooms

The Pullman Reef Hotel and Casino is offering special room rates for IBNS delegates for 260 AUD for Superior City View room, 290 AUD for Deluxe Water or Pool View room, and 360 AUD for Junior Suite (King or Twin beds). Breakfast is not included but can be purchased for an additional charge.

Park Regis City Quays - additional rooms

The Park Regis City Quays is offering special room rates for IBNS that includes: maximum flexibility (cancel up to 48-hours before arrival), free Wi-Fi (up to 1GB per room per day), and Loyalty & Airline points (earn points in StayWell rewards or one of our airline partners, such as Qantas or Virgin Australia, or even Myer One points!) The discounted price applies to the Executive Hotel room for 179 USD per night for two guests (only for two guests max) with Queen bed, or the Executive One-Bedroom Apartment for 209 USD per night for two guests (or 3 guests max at an additional 45 per night) with King bed or two (2) single beds. These rates are available between June 23 - 28, 2019.
